If you'd rather not refer to these as Meatball Yummies, I totally understand. Especially if you plan on serving them to grownups. Instead, I suggest you call them Retro Cocktail Meatballs. You're welcome.
Here's how you make Meatball Yummies.
1 lb. ground beef
1/3 cup dry bread crumbs
1 egg
2 tbsp. Prime Choice Steak Sauce
2 tbsp. oil
1/3 cup Prime Choice
2 tbsp. light brown sugar
2 tbsp. butter or margarine
Combine beef, bread crumbs, egg and 2 tbsp. Prime Choice. Mix and shape into 1-inch meatballs. Brown in oil in skillet. Drain fat from skillet. Combine 1/3 cup Prime Choice, brown sugar and butter with meatballs in skillet. Simmer covered for 15 minutes or until done. Makes about 2 dozen meatballs.
Those poor things look like baby birds caught in an oil spill. And, oh, yeah, the parsley MAKES it. Good thing Martha Stewart happened by.

Thanks, Exxon. I was actually going to make these for my meatball-loving brother. But now all I can think of is scorched baby birds. Eeeeeeew.
Veg-o-matic, I think that rich brown color (hahahahaha) is the steak sauce. I was going to try making the recipe with A1 Sauce.
