1 jigger brandy, 1/2 jigger white creme de menthe. Shake with cracked ice, strain into glass.
1/2 oz. fresh cream, 3/4 oz. creme de cacao, 1 jigger (1 1/2 oz.) Southern Comfort or gin or brandy. Shake with cracked ice, strain into glass.
3/4 oz. fresh cream, 1 oz. white creme de cacao, 1 oz. green creme de menthe. Shake with cracked ice or mix in electric blender, strain into glass.
St. Louis Cocktail
As served at Stan Musial and Biggie's in St. Louis. 1/2 peach or apricot, chilled Southern Comfort. Put fruit in sherbet or champagne glass, add finely cracked ice, fill with Southern Comfort. Serve with a small spoon and a cocktails straw.
