Oh my gosh! I'm so glad I found this...these ads are great! I didn't really even think there were overweight people back then...lol, considering my grandparents and their friends and relatives all seemed thin. The thing is, is that roller skating really does help with weight loss today I do believe. Very funny and interesting!

Any form of physical activity is a from of exercise. The good thing about skating is you lose weight without even knowing it since you enjoy while doing it.
