I guess this commercial didn't use the "clean as a whistle" slogan.

I like that the contest was a trip to Las Vegas. Then again, the Irish Spring people would hardly want people to know that Irish people don't talk or dress like that.

This one will always bring back a memory. Why I was about 6 yrs old watched the Irish Spring commercial. I got that childhood craving to imitate the guy in the ad. So I took a knife from the kitchen and cut our Irish Spring soap. I put the knife back. Later my mother used that same knife. She was suprised that her lunch had the distinct taste of Irish Spring!
