It is always exciting when a new product formulation hits the market, isn't it? I'm pretty sure that when lipstick hit the scene decades ago, every women in North America went nuts. Or when tinted moisturizer was released freeing beauties everywhere from mask-like foundation, there was a collective sigh of relief.
