The fact that Needless Markup is a Dallas-based chain is part of it. I lived in the DFW area from about 1975-2000 and the good-ol'-boy attitude in business was alive and well. It has gotten better over the years, but certainly less progressive than chains in other areas like NY. I think this ad reflects that. Just a thought.
