Ad from the Big Ass Fans. It appeard in Sunday's New York Times Magazine.
According to Wikipedia:
Big Ass Fans was founded in 1999 as the HVLS Fan Co. by owner J. Carey Smith. The company's name was changed to the Big Ass Fan Company in 2002. Due to the name change, Lexington's Blue Grass Airport declined advertising from the company, and residents staged protests of a 10-ft. mural depicting the name and company mascot, "Fanny," on the side of the company's building.

I also find it interesting that Independents have more brands in common with Republicans than Democrats. In Massachusetts, where I live, Independents tend to be Liberal.
Last, does anyone else find it weird that so many people think so highly of V8 vegetable juice? If I had to guess which beverage made at least two of the lists, I would have guessed Budweiser or Coca-Cola.
