My gut reaction is that this doll is creepy. But I have a nagging feeling there's a politically correct reason for why I should embrace this doll and not be bothered by little girls wearing bras and pasties.
The TV commercial features closeups of real babies breastfeeding on real breasts, so if you work at a company that would find that objectionable, don't click the link.

I don't think the idea is creepy at all, but I don't see what's special about the doll and what the accessories do. When I was a little girl, I would put my dolls under my shirt to "feed" them. I don't see why you would need a special doll. I don't understand the point of the thing the girl wears, but at the same time I am not sure I would want to give little girls fake boobs to strap on so they could mimic the breastfeeding experience. It might also help if it looked like the girl was enjoying the experience.

Thoroughly creepy and the worst possible taste; carrying realism too far. Let the child use her imagination if she's aware of breastfeeding and how it's done. What's next pretend feminine hygine products for Barbie?
