The assignment was to create some ads for a summer-themed promotion.
After the art director and copywriter presented a creative concept that included a photo of white clouds against a blue sky (not unlike the photo above), the client said, "That doesn't look like a summer sky."
The art director was struck dumb. The copywriter covered up her giggles with phony coughing. And the account person smoothed everything over by assuring the client a photo with a more summer-y sky could be procured.
