The top five were:
1. General Motors, 107,357 jobs cut since the recession began
2. Citigroup, 73,056 jobs cut since the recession began
3. Hewlett-Packard, 47,540 jobs cut since the recession began
4. Circuit City Stores, 41,495 jobs cut since the recession began
5. Merrill Lynch, 40,650 jobs cut since the recession began
