The Onion has produced a very funny spoof commercial for Stouffer's foods. The premise is that Stouffer's now includes suicide-prevention tips on its microwavable meal packaging.

This is curious

Somehow my name got on a mailing list of morbidly obese people.

I've only been stiffed by a client twice.

One client was a CPA, the other was a clown.

Literally, a clown.

Some might say it served me right.

Happy Passover

"More within reach."

That's the new tagline for Ameriprise Financial Advisers. It refers to meeting one's financial goals.

As far as my command of the English language goes, "More within reach," implies "Closer but still not where you want to be." Not exactly a great promise.
