Looks pretty formulaic to me. They didn't even bother to hand-kern the 'O' and 'p' in the 'Open', and the misaligned 'a' and 'r' in 'Market' is also amateurish. The characters aren't even in the same style! The woman in front is probably done from a different stock artist as the people in the back! Some people get shadows, others don't. Some people are silhouettes, others are not. Very inconsistent. Not to mention the perspective of the booths is off, and not in a cool quirky way.
A good art director will immediately notice these things.
